Your Exhibitor Manual contains comprehensive technical information to help you plan a successful and trouble free exhibition.
Please read the manual carefully, passing on all relevant information to your stand contractors or members of staff.
Build Up and Breakdown Times – Please note you will receive a specific arrival time. This is to ensure you can enter your stand area safely and without obstruction. Your time will be communicated to you at the beginning of September for vehicle arrival time
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO PARKING AVAILABLE ONSITE FOR VANS/LORRIES
The deadline dates are also important. Please take time now to ensure that you meet all the deadlines, it will save your inconvenience later and could save your company the expense of late order surcharges.
The manual is not designed to replace our personal service. Our Operations Team will be happy to answer any questions, explain any regulation or offer any special assistance you may require.

Open Period
Wednesday 18th October 2023 10.00 – 18.00 hrs
Thursday 19th October 2023 10.00 – 15.00 hrs
Build Up
Tuesday 17th October 2023 13.30 – 22.00 hrs
ALL DISPLAYS AND EXHIBITS TO BE COMPLETED BY TUESDAY 17th OCTOBER AT 22.00 HRS.
NO EXHIBITS MAY BE REMOVED BEFORE THE EXHIBITION CLOSES AT 15.00 HRS ON THURSDAY 19TH OCTOBER 2023
Break Down
Thursday 19th October 2023 15.00 – 21.00 hrs
For reasons of security all exhibitors are advised to remove all portable and valuable items and not to leave the stand unattended until it has been cleared.
Important Breakdown Information
All exhibits must be removed from stands by 21.00 hrs on Thursday 19th October 2023. Any items left onsite after this time will be deemed as rubbish, removed and thrown away. Any costs incurred as a result will be forwarded to the exhibitor concerned. Waste skips are available for hire at a cost of £800+ VAT per skip.
NOTE: It is very important that you inform the Organisers Office on Thursday 19th October by 15.00 hrs, if you intend to leave any items on your stand for collection after you have left the venue. Any items left should be clearly addressed with a contact name and onward destination. Please note that there is nowhere for the Organisers to store any of these items on your behalf. You should ensure that no valuables are left unattended for collection in this way. We cannot be held responsible for any items left unattended.
